Subject to availability, tickets can be exchanged to another date of the same production 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance date/time. Exchanges must be made within Box Office hours Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm.
Any exchanges for weekend performances must be made within Box Office hours Monday to Friday between 10am and 4pm and at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled performance date/time.
Exchange fees are waived for Season Subscription tickets.
All other ticket exchanges attract a per-booking exchange fee of $8.

Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase except, as outlined in the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice, if an event is cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated.
When an event is impacted by Intervening Circumstances, such as a cause outside of Red Stitch Actors' Theatre’s control, Red Stitch Actors’ Theatre reserves the right to issue a partial refund, less any booking/service fees.
