To donate a percentage
“I give to Red Stitch Actors Theatre Limited ABN (ABN 28 109 829 049) for its general purposes % (insert percentage) of the remainder of my Estate and the receipt of the treasurer or other authorised officer shall be a sufficient discharge to my executors.”
To donate the remainder of your estate
“I give the remainder of my estate to Red Stitch Actors Theatre Limited ABN (ABN 28 109 829 049) for its general purposes and the receipt of the treasurer or other authorised officer shall be a sufficient discharge to my executors.”
